By accessing, registering for, or using Trail Pro Intel's platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Trail Pro Intel ("we," "us," or "our").

Trail Pro Intel is a hunting intelligence platform that provides:

• —Data analytics and insights for wildlife behavior patterns
• —Secure cloud storage for images and associated metadata
• —GPS location mapping, terrain scouting, and environmental data
• —Solunar forecasting, hunt condition scoring, and precision weather
• —Gear tracking and field note management

To use Trail Pro Intel, you must:

• —Be 18 years of age or older
• —Provide accurate and complete registration information
• —Maintain the security of your account credentials
• —Accept our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service
• —Be responsible for all activities under your account

License Grant: By uploading images, you grant Trail Pro Intel a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your images, perform AI analysis, and generate analytics based on your data. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for research only with your explicit consent.

Content Standards: Uploaded images must be legally obtained, must not violate any laws or third-party rights, and must comply with local wildlife photography and monitoring regulations.

Our AI systems process your images to identify wildlife species, extract metadata, correlate data with environmental conditions, and generate analytics. AI processing may occur on servers in various geographic regions to optimize performance.

GPS coordinates are encrypted and secured. Exact locations are never shared publicly. Location data is used exclusively for your personal analytics and you control all access to your location information.

When used for research purposes, location data is anonymized, aggregated to general geographic regions, never linked to specific property locations, and only used with your explicit consent.

You have the right to:

• —Access: View all data associated with your account
• —Download: Export your images and data in standard formats
• —Modify: Update or correct your account information
• —Delete: Remove specific images or your entire account
• —Portability: Transfer your data to other platforms

Data Retention: After account deletion, your personal data and images are permanently deleted within 30 days. Legal or regulatory requirements may require longer retention periods for certain records.

You may not use Trail Pro Intel for:

• —Illegal wildlife tracking or poaching activities
• —Uploading images obtained through illegal means
• —Violating privacy rights of property owners
• —Commercial resale of our services without authorization
• —Attempting to reverse-engineer our AI algorithms
• —Overloading our systems with excessive automated requests
• —Any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime, immediate processing of all uploaded images, or compatibility with all devices or browsers. We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily affects availability and will provide notice when possible.

Trail Pro Intel's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of data due to technical failures; actions taken based on AI analysis results; unauthorized account access; or service interruptions.

Termination by You: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, pose security risks, or remain inactive for extended periods.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, comply with legal requirements, or address new technologies. We will notify users of significant changes through email notification and prominent notices on our platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, mediation if negotiation fails, and binding arbitration as a final resort.
