Club plans & seats

How club billing works — free for up to 3 members, unlimited members on a paid club at $349/yr or $39/mo, and how to manage or cancel.

A club is free for up to 3 members — the full club app, not a trial. When your crew grows past 3, the owner upgrades the club to add the rest of the lease. One subscription covers everyone; members never pay.

01What's free

A free club holds up to 3 members, including you as the owner. That gets your whole small crew the full feature set:

  • Stand sign-up calendar
  • Shared AI trail-cam feed
  • Shared kill log and antler scoring
  • Member roster and roles
  • Dues tracking
  • Food-plot and feeder schedule

Nothing is time-boxed. A free club stays free for as long as you keep it at 3 or fewer members.

02When you need to upgrade

Free clubs cap at 3 members. When you invite a 4th, the app prompts the owner to upgrade — the invite won't go through until the club is on a paid plan. Existing members and all your club data stay exactly where they are.

03Club plans

Pricing is per club, not per seat. The owner pays one subscription and every member is free:

PlanPriceSeats
Free$0Up to 3 members
Club$349/yr or $39/moUnlimited members

A paid club has no member limit — put your whole lease on it. Because pricing is flat per club, the bigger your crew, the less it works out to per head, and members never pay a cent.

04How to upgrade

  1. Open your club and go to Settings.
  2. In the Billing section, choose Upgrade — $349/yr or the $39/mo plan.
  3. Pay by card through Stripe.

The member cap lifts as soon as the payment clears, and you can invite the rest of your crew — however big the lease.

05Managing billing

In Settings → Billing, the owner can select Manage billing to open the billing portal, where you can update your card, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel.

If a subscription lapses or is canceled, the club goes read-only — every stand sign-up, kill log entry, and photo is preserved, and your members keep their access, but you can't add new members past 3 until you renew.

06Who can manage billing

Only the club owner can upgrade, change plans, or cancel. Admins and members can use the club, but billing stays with the owner.
